EXCHANGE RETURN POLICY

1. General Terms

This policy applies to all wholesale purchases made on qingdaokingter.com. By placing an order, buyers agree to these terms.

1.1 Eligibility

  • Only registered wholesale buyers with approved accounts may request exchanges/returns.

  • Non-wholesale/sample orders are final sale (no returns/exchanges).


2. Exchange Conditions

2.1 Approved Reasons for Exchange

 Wrong Item Shipped (Seller’s error)
 Defective/Damaged Items (Must provide proof)
 Incorrect Specifications (If Seller mislabeled product)

2.2 Non-Exchangeable Items

 Custom-made/OEM products (e.g., private-label items)
 Perishable/seasonal goods (e.g., food, holiday items)
 Opened/used products (unless defective)


3. Exchange Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Contact [qingdaokingter@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Order number

    • Photos/video of issue

    • Requested replacement item

Step 2: Return Shipment

  • Seller provides a Return Authorization (RA) number within 48 hours.

  • Buyer ships back items in original packaging within 14 days.

  • Shipping costs:

    • Seller covers if error was ours (wrong/defective item).

    • Buyer covers if exchange is for other reasons (e.g., wrong size ordered).

Step 3: Replacement Shipment

  • New items shipped within 5 business days after receiving returned goods.

  • No restocking fees for approved exchanges.


4. Refund Policy (If Exchange Not Possible)

4.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Only for defective/wrong items that cannot be replaced.

  • Refund method:

    • Original payment (credit card/PayPal) – 3-5 business days.

    • Bank transfer – 7-10 business days (minus any fees).

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Buyer changed mind / no longer needs item.

  • Buyer ordered wrong product/specification.


5. Special Cases

5.1 Bulk Order Exchanges

  • For orders >500 units, partial exchanges allowed (e.g., 10% defective rate).

  • Process: Seller may request on-site inspection before approval.

5.2 International Returns

  • Buyer responsible for:

    • Customs duties on returned goods.

    • Original shipping costs (unless Seller error).


6. Warranty Claims

  • 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects.

  • Exclusions:

    • Damage from improper use/storage.

    • Normal wear and tear.
